Warranty Policy

PillBuddie Healthy Tech provides a limited 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

What the warranty covers

If your PillBuddie has a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, we will repair or replace it, or refund it, as described below. The warranty period starts on the date your order is delivered and lasts 90 days.

What the warranty does not cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Water damage or exposure to extreme environments
  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by incorrect charging equipment

How to make a warranty claim

If a defect is discovered within the warranty period, please email us at info@pillbuddie.ca with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video showing the problem, if possible

We will respond within 1–2 business days and tell you how to proceed. Please do not ship anything back to us until we have given you instructions.

What we will do

If your claim is approved, PillBuddie Healthy Tech may, at its discretion, repair the Product, replace it, or refund the purchase price. We will cover return shipping for approved warranty claims. A repaired or replacement product is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Relationship to our return policy

Items can be returned within 10 days of delivery under our Refund and Returns Policy. This warranty applies to defects found during the 90 days after delivery, including after the 10-day return window has ended.

Your legal rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.

The Pill Buddie is not a medical device. It is manufactured using 3D-printing technology, and mechanical issues can occur. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details on the intended use and limits of the Product.
