If you use connected features of the Pill Buddie, such as missed-dose alerts to a caregiver, we may process device identifier, dosing schedule settings, dispense and missed-dose event records, and the name, email address or phone number of the caregiver you choose to notify. We use this information only to provide those features. We do not ask you to enter the names of your medications, and we do not sell this information. You are responsible for having your caregiver’s permission before you provide their contact details.

We use your information to:

4. Payment Processing (Stripe)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Stripe may collect and store payment information according to its own Privacy Policy.

We do not have access to your full credit card number or security code.

We use cookies to:

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors use our site and, where applicable, to measure the performance of our ads. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Order and tax records are generally kept for 7 years. Support emails are kept for up to 2 years. Once information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
