Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

• Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery
• The Product must be in like-new condition with all accessories included
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected

Warranty

PillBuddie Healthy Tech provides a limited 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling; water damage or exposure to extreme environments; modifications or unauthorized repairs; normal wear and tear; or damage caused by incorrect charging equipment.

If a defect is discovered within the warranty period, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. PillBuddie Healthy Tech reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the Product at its discretion.
