It is a consumer‑grade reminder tool and vending tool designed to assist with daily routines. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is not intended to replace professional medical advice, prescriptions, or healthcare supervision.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding your medication schedule or any health‑related questions.

3. Warranty Limitations

Pill Buddie Healthy Tech provides a limited 90‑day warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
• Water damage or exposure to extreme environments
• Modifications or unauthorized repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by incorrect charging equipment

If a defect is discovered within the warranty period, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Pill Buddie Healthy Tech reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the Product at its discretion.

4. Not Responsible for Misuse

You agree that Baxter Automation Studios is not responsible for:

• Missed medication doses
• Incorrect medication timing
• User‑entered errors
• Failure to maintain the device
• Any harm resulting from reliance on the Product

The user is solely responsible for ensuring medications are taken correctly and on time.

5. Use at Your Own Risk

By using the Product, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You assume all risks associated with its use
• Pill Buddie Healthy Tech is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of the Product
• The Product is provided “as is” except where covered by the limited warranty

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Product.

6. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

• Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery
• The Product must be in like‑new condition with all accessories included
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected
